Currently, I do not accept insurance.

I can provide a superbill which is a receipt of paid services to submit to insurance for reimbursement. If you have a PPO, you can submit the superbill with a list of CPT codes and receive a reimbursement that varies from 0-80% depending on your insurance plan. Please check with your insurance to get a specific reimbursement rate.
